Reloading Existing Connection

Steps to load a previously connected Cortex from the library:

1. Click on the Configuration tab in the wrist panel.

2. Click the Cortex button, which will open the Active Cortex Panel.

3. Click the Load button to open the Load Cortex panel, showing a list of previously connected Cortexes.

4. Click on the Cortex entry that needs to be loaded. This will open a new panel listing all the robots and sensors configured on the Cortex the AMAS will try to connect.

5. The Establishing Connection panel will automatically switch to the Active Cortex Panel when all the connections to various robots and sensors are established.

6. There will be an entry for the connected Cortex in the Active Cortex Panel detailing the name and IP of the Cortex.

Note: If you adjust the Cortex configuration using the Web Console after the initial addition of the cortex to the AMAS, the loading system will automatically reflect those changes.

The robot linkage panel will appear while establishing connections to a new Sensor found during the load. Please select the robot to which the sensor needs to be attached and the mount position. The sensor settings can later be changed.

For any existing sensor, it will automatically connect to the last connected robot on the configured mount position.

If new sensors are added during the load process, they must be calibrated using the information provided in the Sensor Position Calibration.
