Admin Visibility Overrides
Guide to toggle visibility of your data to the Extend Robotics Admin team
With the introduction of Singular Cortex devices, we’ve launched the Extend Robotics Command Console, a secure web interface that connects to your Cortex device, and store key data such as teleoperated collected data and training models.
For hardware delivered with version 9.3 or earlier, you must contact support@extendrobotics.com so we can set up your Command Console account, allowing for seamless configuration updates.
To protect your privacy and security, the console includes built-in controls that let you manage what the Extend Robotics Admin and Support team can see. You can grant access to specific features when you need support and restrict access again to keep your confidential data secure.
1. Login to the Command Console here and you should be redirected to the Dashboard.
2. Click on your account name at the bottom of the Sidebar panel.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Click on Overrides tab.
5. You will now see the Overrides page consisting of various toggles. This is where you can grant or restrict access to the various parts of the Command Console. At the top you can find the Master Override Control which can allow you to grant or deny access to all of the permissions at once.
6. You can also restrict access by specific features by toggling each feature on and off manually. All changes on the Overrides is enforced immediately.
