Credits Management
Guide to manually purchase credits, set up AutoPay and view previous credit transactions
With the introduction of Singular Cortex devices, we’ve launched the Extend Robotics Command Console, a secure web interface that connects to your Cortex device, as well as allows to visualise your collected teleoperation datasets and train embodied AI models.
For hardware delivered with version 9.3 or earlier, you must contact support@extendrobotics.com so we can set up your Command Console account, allowing for seamless configuration updates.
The console now includes a built-in Credits system, enabling you to purchase Credits securely via Stripe. These Credits are stored directly in the Command Console and can be used for downloading datasets or training models. Additional features leveraging Credits will be available soon. For detailed pricing information, please refer to the Command Console's pricing page available here.
To ensure uninterrupted model training, we’ve introduced AutoPay. This feature lets you set up a direct debit and define a minimum credit threshold. When your balance drops below this threshold, AutoPay automatically tops up your account with a user-defined number of Credits, preventing disruptions in your training processes.
This page consists of three sections which can aid you in managing your credits:
View Credit Balance and Transaction History
1. Login to the Command Console here and you should be redirected to the Dashboard.
2. Click on your account name at the bottom of the Sidebar panel.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Click on the Credits tab.

5. You will now see the Credits page. On this page, you can find your current Credit Balance as well as your Transaction History.


Purchase Credits
1. On the Credits tab on the Settings page, look at the top right card for Adding Credits. Over here, you can select either the select amount of the Credits or enter a custom amount of Credits you wish you purchase.

2. When you are ready, press the Add Credits button.

3. You will then be redirected to the Checkout Page hosted by Stripe. On the lefthand side, you will be able to select the currency you wish to purchase in if your region is not the United Kingdom. You can either buy in your chosen local area's currency or purchase in GBP, but you will only ever receive the selected GBP in GBP in Credits.

4. On the righthand side, you will see that your email has been pre-filled out for you to ensure it is associated with your Command Console account. Please fill out select your payment method and enter your payment information. After you will be asked to enter your Billing Address or Country or Region. After that, you can go ahead and press Pay. After that, you will find that your Credits have been added to your balance on the Credits page.
Please note that the Command Console email (aka the email pre-filled out on the Checkout Page) will be the email that will receive the receipt of any of Command Console payments.

Setup AutoPay
1. On the Credits tab on the Settings page, look at the centre card for AutoPay. Over here, you can setup the AutoPay feature described at the top of the page. Whenever you are ready, toggle the AutoPay switch to On.

2. You will first see a slider. This is where you can input the the minimum credit threshold amount. After AutoPay setup, if your credits were to ever fall under this amount, it will trigger the direct debit of the new credits. Set it to any amount you wish.

3. You will then see an input where you can input the amount of credits you would like added when the AutoPay is triggered. Once again, enter any amount you desire.

4. Click on the Select Payment Method button.

5. The Select Payment Method modal will then pop-up. In this modal, you will see all the payment methods you have previously used and saved on the Command Console. If you see the payment method you wish to use, skip to step 7. If not, Select the Add New Payment button.

6. You will then be redirected to our Payment Method Setup page hosted by Stripe. Similar to manually adding Credits, you will see that your email has been pre-filled out for you to ensure it is associated with your Command Console account. Please fill out select your payment method and enter your payment information. After you will be asked to enter your Billing Address or Country or Region. After that, you can go ahead and press Save Card. You will then be returned to the Credits page and the Select Payment Method modal, where you should find your newly added Payment Method.
Please note that the Command Console email (aka the email pre-filled out on the Checkout Page) will be the email that will receive the receipt of any of Command Console payments.

7. You can now click on your chosen payment method and then click on Confirm Selection.

8. Whenever you are ready, press the Save Settings button.

9. Once it it saved, you should see your AutoPay settings reflected on the Credits page. You can turn it off whenever you wish by toggling the AutoPay or select the Edit Settings button to update either your threshold amount, top-up amount or payment method.
