Cortex IP Configuration

Guide to have a custom IP for the Cortex.

The Cortex comes with a default IP for communication to AMAS VR app which the user needs to give network access to by configuring the router. To change the IP on the Cortex follow the instructions below:

1. Connect the Cortex to a monitor, keyboard and a mouse.

2. Power On the Cortex.

3. Logon using your authentication details (supplied in the delivery note for ER pre-configured solutions).

4. Then follow the steps mentioned on the website URL: (https://linuxhint.com/static_ip_ubuntu/) to configure the Static IP or change to dynamic IP as needed. Then follow the steps mentioned on the website URL: (https://linuxhint.com/static_ip_ubuntu/) to configure the Static IP or change to dynamic IP as needed.

5. Note down the new IP, which would be needed in the AMAS VR app to connect to the Cortex.
