Users can connect and navigate through the user guide within AMAS using the Web Browser feature.
You can enable the Web browser by clicking the web browser button on the control panel.
Web browser interactions:
The web browser can be moved around the scene by pointing the ray attached to the right-hand controller and pressing the grasp button.
The web browser can be grabbed by touching it and pressing the grasp button (or making the grasp gesture).
Interact with the web browser by pointing the ray attached to the right-hand controller and pressing the trigger button.
User guide items can be interacted with by touching them with any supported hand option.
User guide pages can be scrolled by continuously interacting with a scrollable page by either touching it with your hand or pointing the ray attached to your right hand, pressing the trigger button, and moving your hand object vertically.
When unlocked, the web browser always faces the user.
The right side of the web browser has a bookmark list. Interacting with a bookmark navigates the browser to the bookmarked page.
Pressing the trash can icon next to the bookmark deletes the bookmark from the list.
Pressing the star icon will create a new bookmark using the current open web page.
Users can hide the bookmark list by pressing the hide/show button. Pressing the button again will make the bookmark list reappear.
Note: By clicking the Lock button above the web browser, the web browser can be locked into its current position, and it will not face the user as the user moves around the scene.
